Refund & Cancellation

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your FlavourID subscription at any time through your dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

As a SaaS product with a free trial or predictable usage, we generally do not offer refunds for past periods. However, exceptional cases (e.g., technical failures preventing use) can be reviewed by our support team.

3. Order Cancellations

For digital orders placed via our Menu app, cancellations and refunds are managed directly by the restaurant using the FlavourID POS or Dashboard. FlavourID is not responsible for the food quality or fulfillment.
